Payment Terms
Order Confirmation and Payment Completion
An order confirmation email will be sent upon placing an order, acknowledging receipt of the order. However, the transaction is considered complete only after PRIMA ART receives the full payment for the order.

Shipping and Delivery
- Delivery Areas: PRIMA ART delivers to all provinces nationwide, with certain restrictions specified in the Shipping Policy. Shipping fees and delivery times vary based on the customer’s location and chosen delivery method.
